Service Charge
A service charge is payable which forms the tenant’s contribution towards the maintance and upkeep of the premises. Futher details are available upon request.
VAT
The landlord has elected to charge VAT, and all rents and prices are quoted net of VAT.
Tenure
New leases are available for a term by agreement.
